Meet Nefertiti! She was brought into the shelter Oct. 15, xxxx by animal control. Her owners could not keep her so they surrendered her over to the animal control officer to be brought into the shelter. She is already spayed and is 1 year and 7 months old. She is very curious of the shelter and is adjusting though it can be hard on these animals who are use to being in a home setting to go into a cage where they stay until they get adopted. Nefertiti is a very loving cat and really hopes her FOREVER family finds her quickly...she is ready for a family or person to share her love and joy with. Come to the shelter and spend some time with this beautiful girl and give her a chance at knowing a wonderful life. Being a responsible pet owner requires time/patience , lots of love, and can be expensive so make sure you are 100% ready and committed before adopting. These animals are depending on you as their new owner to provide them with a great life so do the right thing and give them a wonderful life! We have SO MANY cats & kittens here arriving daily that we cannot keep Petfinder up-to-date. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and ADOPT one or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys or beds or food (especially kitten food) would be good too... and maybe snuggle & love on us while you're here. We need volunteers & foster homes! The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5, Sat. 10-2. Open for the summer on Sundays from 11-3!
